welcome to our
Faaron steakhouse opened in June 2015, becoming one of the most sought after premium steakhouses in the Algarve. We work with some of the most prestigious imported meats in the world, thus satisfying your customers with unique meats, an unusual visual and tasting experience. After 6 months of opening, it reached 1st place on the “TripAdvisor” platform, remaining in the first places in Faro and 2nd at national level.
The meat is rigorously selected among the best beef producers since its opening in 2015, by Chef Diogo Dias, not forgetting the origin of the steakhouse name, our plating is done on traditional cutting boards that also include our famous side dishes that need no introduction, our potato stuffed with creme fraiche and an Iberian salad flavored with rosemary.

At Faaron, the atmosphere is intimate, elegant and relaxed, with a careful and attentive service, guaranteeing an exclusive gastronomic experience. Our rooms are airy and very bright.
